Boat length used in this catalogue is the length overall. Wether it includes such items as bowsprits or landing platforms is at the discretion of the Marina Management.

The Marina Management reserves the right to alter prices and conditions without notice. The price lists are intended as guide only and apply to boats of average proportions and in fair to good condition.

Davis Marina has 51 swing moorings located close to the Marina which are numbered CL 1059 1 to CL 1059 51. The moorings have a white numbered marker buoy joined to the mooring chain by a light rope. The mooring chain has a loop to fit around the boat's cleat.  Boat owners must ensure that the chain is secured around the boat's cleat, not just the lighter rope. See picture below.  The buoys have a short piece of line that can be used to tie them to the bow rail.

The berths are numbered 52 to 84. The Marina provides mooring lines and our staff will adjust them with bowlines to suit the particular boat

Three types of agreements are offered

a) Temporary Berths and Moorings - These are at a higher rate but require no notice to terminate. For periods greater than one month use the thirty day rate.

b) Permanent Berths and Moorings - These are at a very competitive rate but require one month notice to terminate.

c) 12 Month Super Saver Berths and Moorings - These are 10 % less than the permanent rate but must be paid 12 months in advance. For early termination      a refund of 40 % of unused mooring fees will apply.

The tender service operates on weekends and public holidays from the first pontoon on the right hand side of the West Marina. The service commences at 9.00 am and for your return trip it is recommended to contact the office or the tender using a 27 Meg radio on channel 96. The last trip arrives at the Marina at 5.45 pm or 10 minutes after sunset in winter, whichever is the earlier.

A fleet of six Marina dinghies is available to use 24 hrs. Please do not take them outside North Harbour or use them for fishing. They should be locked to the pontoon outside office hours. Keys to the pontoon lock are available from the Marina Office.

The West wharf (former Fuel Wharf) may also be used to load and unload crew and gear for a maximum of five minutes any time day and night.

This berth is ideal if you need to moor alongside for longer periods. It is free of charges and may be used between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm any day. It can be booked by contacting the Marina Office.

After 50 mm or rain over night or sustained winds of 30 knots our staff will visually check your boat from the tender for the following:

- Mooring gear

- Bilge water by checking the water line

- Loose covers

- Loose gear

Keys are available for the amenity block. There is a $ 20.00 deposit per set of keys.
