Sydney Harbour is a special place for boaties.  You can land on a sandy beach, sail a yacht or catch a fish.  You can race a yacht, watch the fire works or enjoy drinks as the sun sets overt the city(Learn more about our fascinating harbour and wildlife).

While you are having the fun it’s our job to get you to and from your boat without any fuss and help out with any repairs and maintenance.  For those on moorings we continue to provide an efficient tender service and dinghy fleet.  For jobs that you need done we are pleased to announce a new service

Sailor Marine Engineering has become our preferred contractor for many of the workshop services.

John Knight who has qualifications as both a shipwright and marine mechanic and has more than 30 years industry experience and heads up Sailor Marines workshop team at Davis Marina.  Sailor Marine will be the preferred contractors for the marinas mechanical, electrical, shipwright and antifouling services.  Sailor Marine have dealerships for both Mercruiser and Volvo Penta and are more than capable of providing to you a high quality service.

For many years we have been negotiating with the NSW state government to redevelop our site.  There have been some unusual site issues such as our environmental zoning that have slowed negotiations.  However, the NSW Maritime has now granted the marina permission to lodge a development application with Manly Council.  The council is currently considering our DA and we are hoping for approval soon

The proposal is to replace the existing 28 fixed berths with a 28 berth floating marina.  Also it is intended to tidy up the slipway and to make it more environmentally friendly.
